Return & Refunds
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint within 24-48 hours of delivery. To pass feedback to the merchants to improve the services, it is mandatory to share the images of the items which you were dissatisfied with. We might take the returned product back with us and we might grant credit/coupon in lieu of the value of the return product(s) which may refund or credit to your account on the Site or the details you provide us as per our Company return & refund policy.
Any intentionally done damage or infringement of our Product / Services done by any individual / Customers that any kind of Harm / Loss directly or indirectly our company, our reputation / Income / or any kind of Harm or
Loss will not be considered in our return and refund policy. We might take any serious action under such incidence that might be a legal.

Manddi has a standard pricing policy wherein no additional service fee is requested under any circumstance. However, the standard pricing policy is not applicable for an increase in the total amount paid by the customers to
Manddi due to increase in government tax or fee incurred by the customer for completion of Purchase of Product / Services.
Manddi shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Customer for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
Since we’re incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort on our Product / Service, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by Manddi, not changes to your situation or your
state of mind.
Before processing any refund, we reserve the right to make best effort to complete our Product / Service. In case, you are not satisfied with our Product / Service, a cancellation fee + earned fee + fee paid to government if any would be applicable.
